Founder.jpg Dear Visitors, My name is Sarika Sukale, and I am the founder of Mauli Foundation, a charitable trust and NGO based in Mumbai and. I would like to take this opportunity to share with you my story and the vision behind the foundation.

Growing up in a middle-class family, I was fortunate enough to receive a good education and have access to basic necessities such as food and shelter. However, as I looked around me, I saw many people who were not as fortunate. I saw children who had to drop out of school because their parents couldn't afford to pay the fees. I saw families who struggled to put food on the table. I saw people who didn't have access to basic healthcare. These experiences left a deep impact on me, and I knew that I wanted to do something to help.

At the age of 21, I began volunteering with various NGOs and social organizations. I started out by participating in small-scale initiatives such as distributing food and clothes to the homeless, and slowly, I began to expand my reach. Over the years, I have been involved in a variety of social causes, from helping victims of natural disasters to organizing blood donation camps. In all my endeavors, my goal has been to serve the underprivileged and marginalized members of society.

In 2016, I decided to take my passion for social work to the next level by establishing Mauli Foundation. The foundation was named after my mother, who has been a source of inspiration and support throughout my life. Our mission is to create a better future for all by providing support and assistance to those who need it the most.

One of our primary initiatives is Annapoorna, which involves providing nutritious meals to underprivileged children in schools. We believe that every child has the right to a healthy meal, and by providing food to these children, we are not only addressing their immediate nutritional needs but also helping them stay in school and improve their academic performance.

Another area that we focus on is education. We believe that education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty and providing children with the tools they need to succeed in life. We provide support in the form of scholarships, textbooks, and other learning materials to children who would otherwise not have access to them.

In addition to education and nutrition, we also provide medical assistance to those in need. We organize health camps and provide financial assistance for medical treatment to those who cannot afford it. We also distribute blankets and other essential items to the homeless and those living in slums.

Hygiene is another area of focus for us. We believe that access to basic sanitation and hygiene facilities is a fundamental right, and we work towards providing clean toilets and handwashing stations in schools and public areas.

Finally, we also help poor village people by distributing used and refurbished bicycles. We believe that providing access to transportation can be a game-changer for those living in rural areas, as it can help them save time and energy and improve their overall quality of life.

As a hardworking female who is dedicated to social causes, I believe that together, we can make a difference in the world. It is my firm belief that we all have a responsibility to use our talents and resources to help those in need. At Mauli Foundation, we are committed to serving the underprivileged and marginalized members of society, and we are always looking for new ways to make a positive impact on their lives.

I invite you to join us in our mission to create a better future for all. Whether you are interested in volunteering,  donating, or simply learning more about our work, we welcome your support.

Thank you for taking the time to read this message.

Sincerely,

Sarika Sukale
